Important Notice

These terms summarize our service policies. Final terms will be included in your proposal and agreement for e‑signature. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Packages & Cutlery

  • Packages do not include cutlery and service charges.

  • If cutlery cannot be provided, disposable cutlery will be provided by our food bar at no extra cost.

Service Charge

  • There is a 15% service charge for events/functions which require wait/server staff.

Payments

  • A non‑refundable amount of $500 (or equal value depending on your order total) must be paid to confirm booking. Our standard policy requires the greater of $500 or 50% of the total at booking.

  • Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date but no later than upon delivery of services.

  • Final balances not received upon delivery are subject to a late fee of $75.00 per day.

  • Payment methods accepted: cash, debit/credit card, or corporate check. Card payments incur a 3% transaction fee. Checks are due 10 days prior and payable to "Wiscater Events & Catering, LLC".

Guest Count & Menu

  • Final guest count is due 14 business days prior to the event; after this date the count may increase but cannot decrease.

  • Menu must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event; late changes may incur additional charges.

  • Due to fluctuating food costs, menu prices are subject to change within 14 days of the event. You may pay the difference or substitute items to maintain the agreed per‑person price.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Change of event time, date, or venue: Deposits and prepayments, less $250, may be applied to another date/venue/time subject to availability; costs are subject to change.

  • Cancellation by Client: If cancelled within 90 days, prepayments will be returned less 50% (deposit is non‑refundable). If cancelled within 60 days, deposits and prepayments are forfeited.

  • Cancellation by Caterer (Weddings): If we terminate up to 30 days prior, all deposits and prepayments will be returned within 10 days.
